Ayers Foundation

Billy VanWinkle was born and raised in Pikeville, Tennessee. He graduated from Bledsoe County High School in 2003. In 2015, he graduated from Bethel University with a Masters in Criminal Justice. Prior to working with Ayers Foundation Trust, Billy taught and was a college advisor for four years at Bledsoe County High School.

Juana Reyes is the Student Success Coordinator at Bledsoe High School. She is from South Florida and has worked in education with Bledsoe County for the past four years. Juana graduated from Florida Southwestern State College with an AAS in General Studies.
